1) How to create an Employer account?

Step 1: Hover Employer Panel. A drop down named Employer Registration will appear.

Step 2: Fill in the Registration form. On successful submission, a new Employer id will be generated. You can Sign in to the employer account by clicking on Employer Panel link.

2) How to create a Candidate account?

Step 1: Hover Candidate Panel. A drop down named Candidate Registration will appear.

Step 2: Fill in the Registration form. On successful submission, a new Candidate id will be generated. You can Sign in to the candidate account by clicking on Candidate Panel link.

3) How to Post a Job on our board, both free and paid?

Step 1: Post a Job option helps you post free jobs as well as paid jobs.

Step 2: A new form will be displayed. Fill in the form; at the last portion of the form, Listing type will be displayed – Free or Paid Postings (Different paid postings will be available with different pricing and duration of display in the job board).

Step 3: A Free posting will be published immediately and visible for 30 days. It can be changed by the Administrator at any time.

Step 4: A Paid posting will be published in the job board upon successful payment, i.e. completion through PayPal or Stripe (Credit Card).

4) How to Post a Resume on our board?

Step 1: Create the Candidate Account. Sign in to the account. List of options will be there: Resume, Application.

Step 2: Click on Resume and fill the Resume Information form. On checking the Privacy button in the form, the resume will be displayed in the search (i.e when an employer search for the resumes).

5) How to Apply to a Job Posted on our board?

Step 1: Click on Jobs menu at the top. The list of jobs will be displayed.

Step 2: You can select a job from the list or you can filter with the available options.

Step 3: Click on Apply online button. A new form will open; fill in the form. On successful submission, the employer will be notified.

Note: One more search option named Advance Search is also available to filter the jobs. On hovering jobs, it will be displayed.

6) How to Apply to a 3rd Party Job Posted on our Board?

Step 1: Click on the job you are interested in.

Step 2: If it’s from a 3rd party like ZipRecruiter, you will be redirected to the posting on their site.

Step 3: Follow their registration/login etc. and apply directly on their site.
